Self-Reflective Meditation

The most important function of Self-Reflective Meditation is eliminating the source of suffering which allows a Child of God to find their innocent spirit again.  Through self-reflective meditation a person will come to ponder:  Why were we born?  How should we live?  What is the meaning of life? Why do we experience joy and pain?  What causes disease and illness?  Why do we die?  What happens in the Afterlife?  A person will come to understand to live and grow honestly and selflessly and therefore the road to healing of all disease and illness is paved.  A person's spirituality heightens and deepens. Momentum is understood!
